Overview

Thymosin Alpha-1 (Tα1) is a 28-amino acid peptide derived from prothymosin alpha, naturally produced by the thymus gland. It is a potent immunomodulator that has been approved in over 35 countries (as Zadaxin®) for treatment of hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and as an adjuvant in cancer and vaccine protocols.
